Little Paradise has a spectacular view! This updated, first floor condominium is just minutes from charming Davidson, Mooresville, Cornelius and other surrounding lake communities! Charlotte is a quick 20-30 minutes away.
This first floor unit has a step free entrance. It offers 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath. The dining table has room for a workspace on one end, and dining on the other end. Recent updates include new floors, paint, a barn door in the main bathroom, and a new sliding glass door. Southpoint has a scenic salt waterpool and is the perfect place to relax. A community grill with utensils is available to you and is located near the pool. The pool has lounge seating, chairs and a round table for dining or drinks.
Take a walk, enjoy the scenery, sit by the lake, read, watch the sunset or play tennis and/or pickle ball on newly resurfaced courts. There are so many fun things to do!
We are proud to have North Harbor Club Restaurant, The Cabin, featuring craft beer and wine, and the Lake Norman Cottage wine café all within walking distance and/or a very short drive.
Local attractions include boat rentals, kayak and paddle board rentals, shopping, dining, hiking, horseback riding, outdoor music, Carolina Panthers, minor league baseball, Josh's Farmers Market and so much more.
Your pet is welcome. When outside, pets must be on a leash. Pet waste stations (2) are available for your convenience. There are several dog parks in the area for your furry one to romp, run and play.
